Course overview

This course explores the legal, ethical, and regulatory dimensions of cybersecurity in the context of global digital operations. Students will examine international cyber laws, privacy regulations, intellectual property protections, and compliance frameworks including HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and CCPA. The course also discusses organizational policy development, governance, and enforcement of cybersecurity practices across jurisdictions.
