Course overview

This course examines the strategic management of healthcare technology and innovation. Students will explore frameworks for evaluating, adopting, and managing new technologies including artificial intelligence, telehealth, wearable devices, and healthcare automation systems. Emphasis is placed on the integration of technology into clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and the impact of innovation on healthcare quality and patient outcomes.
