Course overview

The Capstone Project in Healthcare Management provides students with an opportunity to synthesize and apply theoretical and practical knowledge acquired throughout the Master of Healthcare Management program. Working individually or in small teams, students will address a real-world healthcare management challenge through data-driven analysis, strategic planning, and implementation design. Projects will integrate STEM-based methodologies, including analytics, operations research, and informatics, to develop evidence-based solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and patient outcomes.
