Course overview

This course focuses on ethical leadership and strategic management principles within healthcare organizations. Students will explore frameworks for ethical decision-making, organizational strategy, and governance while examining how leadership impacts quality, equity, and innovation in healthcare delivery. Through case studies and applied projects, learners will develop the ability to lead diverse teams and align organizational strategies with ethical and regulatory standards.
